Warranty Policy
- The validity period starts from the date of purchase.
- Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented before service.
- You will get a movement warranty according to the product warranty.
- FastrackBD reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the purchase invoice is not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the document is found to be tampered.
- This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Fastrack’s control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
The Warranty Does Not Apply To
- Straps /Box
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.
- Damage caused by operating the product beyond the published Fastrack guidelines.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before it is shipped to the courier. If any customer wants to cancel after shipping, then they must provide delivery and processing charges. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from Track Order available at www.fastrackbd.com Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you used to make the transaction. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund directly in your account within 3-7 working days.
Return Policy
If customers receive the wrong/defective item, They need not pay any shipping charges to return the product. (Customers have to provide unboxing video proof). If any customer returns a product for warranty they have to return it with their own shipping cost. The return should be void without invoice paper, box, and warranty documents.
Refund
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made within 3-7 business days.
Note:
At FastrackBD, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. If, upon delivery, a customer finds that the product is damaged or not as described (including being counterfeit), they may immediately return the item to the delivery personnel and receive a full refund.
Please note that returns for reasons of a change of mind or dissatisfaction will not be accepted for closed-box deliveries. Returns are only allowed if there is a genuine issue with the product upon delivery, such as damage or defects.
